Each program is tailored to individual needs, ensuring proper lifting technique for optimal muscle growth, core strength, injury prevention and gym confidence.

During the 60-minute FREE session, we will assess your current fitness level, understand your fitness goals, and lay the groundwork for your personalized training plan. This session will also provide an opportunity to discuss your health history, including any medical conditions, injuries, and lifestyle factors such as diet, sleep, and stress that could impact your fitness journey.
To ensure we make the most of our time together, a questionnaire will be sent to you by email upon booking the session on our website. Please note that your session can only be confirmed once this questionnaire has been completed. This initial meeting is not just about assessments; it’s also a chance for us to build trust and rapport as we embark on this fitness journey together.
